Aerogel Coating


Product Introduction

The main ingredients are special high-performance resin emulsion, SiO₂ aerogel, etc., and water is used as solvent to prepare a high-performance thermal insulation material through a special process.
Aerogel has extremely low thermal conductivity and high and medium far-infrared emissivity. The aerogel thermal radiation barrier midcoat is used with primer and topcoat to form an aerogel thermal insulation coating system.
It forms a dense insulation layer on the surface of the coated object, which isolates the external solar radiation heat from three aspects: reflective insulation, radiant insulation and heat conduction insulation, and reduces the heat exchange between the inside and outside of the coated object.
Aerogel thermal radiation barrier midcoat can be used for energy-saving renovation of building facades, roofs and metal storage tanks, with the advantages of safety, environmental protection, energy saving and high cost performance.

TIPS: The particle size and density of aerogel powder can be adjusted. For applications that use aerogel powder for direct filling (such as honeycomb panels, air molded interlayers), it is recommended to use low-density aerogel powder (tapped density <60KG/m ); for applications as coating fillers, it is recommended to use high-density aerogel powder (tapped density less than 110KG/m );

Technical requirements for construction and painting

Note

Aerogel thermal radiation barrier midcoat can be applied by spraying. The thermal insulation material should be prepared on site. After the aerogel thermal insulation midcoat is stirred evenly, 5% to 10% of water can be added according to the construction situation, and stirred evenly with a stirring tool; the thermal insulation material should be applied at least twice.
